As our social entrepreneurs navigate the road to success, it is crucial they have the opportunity to reach out to those who have walked the road before.  Mentors play a significant role in guiding and shaping our developing social entrepreneurs, so we encourage you, both entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs, to consider sharing your time and talent as a way to further your impact on society.

As a mentor, you would interact with a specific few of our entrepreneurs, those who are identified as holding interests similar to your own and pursuing projects in your area of expertise.  You would foster their brainstorming sessions, guide them as they face risks, prepare them for challenges and motivate and encourage them to persevere.

This responsibility would provide you an opportunity to make a major contribution to your larger community as well as, in some cases, to step into the role that was once filled by your own personal mentor.
